Also wanted to say thank you! 2014 so far has been amazing. Although I have not competed much this year I have helped others reach their goals and that is more rewarding than any medal. Now it's the "off season" and I plan to really focus on my health so I can be ready for no gi season. Look for some amazing no gi stuff right around the corner. Also I will be traveling to Turkey for a 2 week seminar with Kit Dale, Yuri Simoes and Ary and plan to film the whole trip for caioterra.com! Should be fun!
