Below is in interactive easy to navigate lesson map for the month of January! This month we focused a lot on the top position from a variety of guards. In my opinion it is much harder to pass guard than it is to sweep or submit and that is why we see so many double guard pulls. When you learn to pass a guard it makes you a more complete player and it will improve your bottom game. Students will typically want to focus on sweeps and submissions but working on passes is equally important. I also included some drills which we will be posting more of those as the months go on as well as knee bar fundamentals. Now that I am back from Europe I will start uploading more content and release some pretty awesome stuff. The forums and chat function are almost ready and hopefully some time this month I can run an interactive question and answer questions. Thank everyone, this is only just beginning!
