Submit the Stigma
Monday, November 7th starting at 6pm we will be hosting a #submitthestigma seminar in honor of Shirley Yeh. Shirley was an amazing person and words can’t describe how much she will be missed.
Jiu Jitsu is great for a lot of things, but we are not mental health professionals. We all need help at some point in our lives and it’s my hope that by raising awareness we change the stigma of mental illness.
No Gi Worlds Camp 2016
This year I am pleased to announce I will be doing my first ever No Gi worlds training camp in San Jose, California. Coincidently No-Gi worlds is also in Northern California so those coming to camp will only have to drive 30-45 minutes to compete! I am very excited for this and hope to see you there!!
